1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email or phone.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

In case of payment deduction after cancellation approval, your amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products (threads, beads, and embroidery materials), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless:

You have received a wrong product,

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery, or

There is a missing item in your package.
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID at chennaithreadstore@gmail.com.
Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be initiated to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

In case of delay, please check with your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Take a photo of the package and product immediately upon receipt.

We will review and confirm whether a replacement or refund applies.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Used, opened, or partially used materials.

Items bought during a sale or special offer.

Custom or bulk orders made specifically for you.
